Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Reporting Analyst in London to support the preparation and control of company plans and budgets, ensuring monthly and yearly reporting requirements are met in line with group deadlines.

The role involves assisting in business plans, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and KPI reporting, with a hybrid work pattern Monday to Friday and ASAP start. Strong IFRS, SAP, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in budgeting and planning in a well-reputed global or multinational organization.
  • Professional experience in different countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and control of company plans and budgets, ensuring reporting requirements are met in line with group deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Business plan, annual budgets, and forecasts in line with group requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow rolling forecasts in the company's reporting systems to achieve cash flow objectives.
  • Monitor the working capital situation and suggest appropriate actions to management to optimize working capital balances.
  • Update reporting systems with actual, budget, and forecast data in line with group deadlines.
  • Prepare shareholders' information packages for actual and budget/forecast.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports for actual vs. budget and forecast variances.
  • Assist in defining key forecast and budget KPIs, ensuring continuous update and maintenance of ad-hoc management reporting for both actuals and forecasts.
  • Review appropriateness and correctness of information in the accounting books for monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end reporting, and identify shortcomings to the accounting section.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational training and workshops.
  • Contribute to team effort by performing assigned tasks and accomplishing related results timely and accurately as needed.
  • Provide support during different audit activities and engagements (e.g., financial audit, annual, tax audits, etc.).
  • Perform other ad hoc jobs as assigned by management.

Purpose

Required Trainings & Competencies
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and practices.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High integrity, credibility, and character.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork and ability to contribute to group objectives.
  • Adaptability to a challenging and developing environment; willingness to take on new responsibilities as the business evolves.
