Job summary

Circana is seeking a data-driven professional to support the Transformation & Reporting lead. You will help build automated content in Circana's platform to address Nestlé issues, showcase technology capabilities, and identify growth opportunities for clients.

Working with an experienced client team, you will collaborate with Circana’s technology and reporting groups, delivering insights and ensuring a positive client experience across remote and onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for learning existing and new technology, ideally with some experience in Unify capability.
• Creative in how data and insight can be visualised within the technological platform to deliver an all-round excellent service to the client.
• Highly self-motivated with proactive, curious problem-solving approach.
• Strong organisational and workload management skills; able to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Effective team player with ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to understand and translate needs, design and build of impactful, automated content within the Circana technology platform.
• Implement automated best practice reporting and insight content across the client’s business that will generate time savings for the client.
• Creatively cut through data and clutter to identify what is most important to the client.
• Be creative with visualisations that lead to the more impactful use of data and insight across the client’s business.
• Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with other Circana functions to deliver an all-round positive client experience that will contribute to client retention.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams and client users on the configuration and effective use of Emiri, ensuring solutions are aligned to category and business requirements.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be working within an existing team supporting the Transformation & Reporting lead. The Reporting function is responsible for building on existing and new technology-driven solutions to specific Nestlé issues. Through showcasing the capability of our technology this role will help inform our client users on the performance of their categories and brands as well as identify new opportunities for growth. Working alongside an experienced existing client team this role also involves collaborating with Circana’s technology & reporting teams.
