A leading logistics company in Manchester is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage operations and exceed KPIs. In this role, you will lead a team, optimize productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have warehouse experience, excellent planning and leadership skills, and a passion for teamwork. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, pension, and annual leave.
You will effectively lead on and manage the warehouse floor and Goods In operation. You will also support and assist the Operations manager in achieving and exceeding all depot KPI's, targets and objectives.
