Finisterre UK Limited is recruiting a Repairs Technician for our St Agnes store on a part-time basis. You will repair clothing and hardware, demonstrating craftsmanship and a strong attention to detail.

You will greet customers, explain repair options, and ensure a positive in-store experience while coordinating with the workshop and HQ Repairs. The role requires independence, adherence to deadlines, and experience with sewing machinery.

Qualifications

• A passion and competence in garment repair and craftsmanship.
• Experience with hand and machine sewing on woven and technical fabrics.
• Experience with zip replacements and repair techniques.
• Ability to work to deadlines and independently.
• Experience communicating with customers in a retail setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair Finisterre clothing and hardware to exceptional standards.
• Assist customers in-store, communicating repair options and turnaround.
• Coordinate workshop activities and maintain stock levels with HQ Repairs.
