Overview

Our Responsive Repairs Service ensures our homes are maintained to a decent standard and are safe for our tenants to live in. We are looking for a Team Leader to join us to help continue to drive forward service improvements.

As a Repairs Team Leader you will be required to manage a team of operatives from different trade background and ensure works to our properties are carried out to a high standard and to strict timeframes.

Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership and guidance on repair issues to improve the delivery of the service.
  • Carrying out inspections of completed works.
  • Leading, motivating and developing the operatives.
Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for someone who is self motivated and is able to work on their own initiative. A trade background is essential as is a good understanding of relevant legislation.
