About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Void Supervisor to help deliver a major housing maintenance contract across the South of England. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day responsive repairs and void preparation, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation.
• Manage service partners and subcontractors to meet safety, compliance and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance, drive efficiencies and ensure operational excellence.
• Work closely with the Delivery Manager to tackle challenges, celebrate wins and maintain seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience as a Supervisor within Housing Repairs & Maintenance.
• Strong background in managing contractors and service partners.
• Sound understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance and contract management.
• HNC or equivalent technical/trade qualification desirable.
• Confident communicator with solid digital and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, professional approach with focus on quality and customer care.
