Overview

Void Supervisor - Watford Area

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Watford area, with travel to Bushey & Northwood

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,000 + Company Van

What you’ll do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation, with the freedom to bring your ideas and experience to life.
• Manage service partners and subcontractors, ensuring the delivery of repairs and void works to high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Own outcomes by monitoring performance, driving efficiencies, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to address challenges, celebrate successes, and maintain seamless service delivery.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as a Supervisor within Housing Repairs & Maintenance.
• Strong background in managing contractors and service partners.
• Sound understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management.
