Repairs Supervisor

Hammersmith

£24 per hour plus van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to cover Hammersmith and the surrounding areas.

You will be supervising a team of trades across a busy day to day repairs contract. Experience on a similar repairs contract is essential.

• Temp to perm opportunity - £24 per hour CIS
• Van and fuel card provided
• Weekly pay
• 6 month temp to perm contract
• 42.5 hours per week

Requirements:

• SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH qualification
• UK Driving Licence
• Previous supervisory experience within a social housing setting
