Job summary

An established organisation is seeking a Repairs Scheduler for a temporary role in Birmingham. Working Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, the scheduler will manage both PPM and reactive work orders, prioritise workloads, and support engineers' scheduling needs. Ideal candidates will have previous scheduling experience, preferably within facilities management. This role pays £17.30 per hour, with weekly payments via umbrella company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling.
• Previous experience in an FM background would be ideal.
• Experience in roles like repairs planner, FM coordinator, or helpdesk coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Schedule out both PPM and reactive work orders to engineers.
• Allocate jobs as needed and update accurately on the database.
• Manage engineers' diaries and prioritise workloads.
• Carry out general administrative work as required.
