You'll be responsible for managing repairs and maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining relationships with contractors and teams. Strong scheduling experience and familiarity with CAFM systems like Concerto and ServiceOS are required. This full-time role operates from the office, with one work-from-home day after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, repairs coordination, or a helpdesk role.
• Strong understanding of repairs/maintenance processes and contractor liaison.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.

• Logging, scheduling, and progressing repairs work orders.
