A property management company in Northamptonshire is seeking an Admin Repair Scheduler to support the restructuring of their repairs service. In this role, you will manage scheduling, coordinate legal compliance, and tackle a significant disrepair backlog. Ideal candidates will have experience in scheduling repairs and strong communication skills to liaise with contractors and tenants. This is a contract role initially lasting three months with a rate of £17.00 - £20.00 per hour.

  • Maintain accurate records of all repair activities and legal cases.
  • Assist in implementing new processes as part of the repairs service restructure.
