About the role

Housing Services are looking to recruit two Repairs Scheduler(Planner)s

Working in the Repairs and Maintenance area you will be raising and allocating work orders against key deadlines and targets

Additionally, you will provide support and advice to Customer Contact Centre Advisor, tenants and other service users

You will need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and be proactive

Please note that in this you are role required to participate in a rota for shift duties to ensure the service is provided between the of hours 8am 5pm.

You will be required to attend the office for some days.
