The Repair Sales Technical Manager will play a pivotal role in driving repair revenue growth nationwide by providing technically sound, commercially competitive solutions to both existing and new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure lift repair and upgrade opportunities across existing and new customer portfolios.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations aligned with technical safety standards.
• Conduct site surveys, assess lift conditions, and translate findings into clear customer proposals.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Engineers, and Regional Teams to ensure effective project handover and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM sales pipeline and drive growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 35 years experience in lift repairs, modernisation, or technical sales (ideally within the lift industry).
• Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, components, and safety regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technical or engineering environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and quoting systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally on occasion.
