  • Plan and schedule day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage cases of damp and mould ensuring compliance.
  • Raise and close work orders accurately using systems.
  • Liaise with contractors for timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer support in queries resolution.
  • Monitor job progress and update systems accordingly.
  • Travel occasionally to different work sites.

  • Plan and schedule day-to-day repairs, void works, and major repairs
  • Manage damp & mould cases and ensure compliance with health standards
  • Raise and close work orders accurately using housing management systems
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries professionally
  • Monitor progress and update systems to reflect job status
  • Occasional travel to different sites every couple of months
The Successful Applicant

A successful Repairs Planning Officer should have:

  • Proven experience in social housing repairs planning or scheduling
  • Strong organisational and IT skills (housing management systems experience)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
