Our client, a reputable tier 2 contractor within the water sector, is currently seeking multiple Repair and Maintenance Groundworkers to join their team in the Wessex region, including areas such as Chippenham, Bath, and Salisbury. This contract role offers a long‑term opportunity for the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting repairs and maintenance on water infrastructure
• Executing groundworks in compliance with safety and industry regulations
• Utilising manual handling techniques and abrasive wheels
• Adhering to NRSWA (Street Works) standards
• Providing first aid when necessary
• Managing and maintaining equipment and tools
• Completing work within the designated hours of 07:30am-16:30pm Monday-Friday
• Reporting any site issues or concerns to supervisors

Job Requirements

• CSCS card
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques
• Experience with abrasive wheels
• NRSWA (Street Works) certification
• First aid certification
• EUSR Clean Water certification
• Experience in water‑related groundworks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a 2‑man team
