Grade: M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0830 - 1630.
Location: Cannock, WS11 8JH.

We're now looking for a Repack Manager to ensure daily operational requirements are set and KPI targets are achieved whilst ensuring a high quality standard.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Motivate the inhouse team to keep morale at a high level and strive to meet customer expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure staffing levels and numbers are achieved on a daily basis.
  • Deliver customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and develop the inhouse team to evolve the operation whilst ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • To motivate and develop all associates and implement personal development plans as agreed with the Co Pack Shift Manager ensuring individuals develop to their full potential.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Has a background in team management.
  • Is used to working in a fast paced, reactive environment.
  • Has excellent computer literacy.
  • Has experience within a re-pack environment, desirable but not essential.
