Hexagon Leasing is looking for an experienced Rental Business Manager to lead, develop, and grow our rental operation based at our Alrewas Head Office.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strong operational control with commercial drive. You'll take ownership of day‑to‑day rental performance while actively developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and maximizing fleet utilisation.
