Job summary

PSCo, part of the Midwich Group, is seeking a Rental Account Manager to deliver lighting and video rental solutions to customers across the industry. You will combine account management, customer service and project coordination to build strong client relationships and support rental projects from enquiry to completion.

The role offers a clear path to Senior Account Manager within a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow technical and commercial expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience within the professional live events, AV, lighting, video or rental industry.
• Experience in account management, customer service, rental coordination, project administration or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting customer enquiries, quotations or the delivery of multiple projects or hires.
• Experience working in a busy environment requiring strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of professional lighting or video technologies, with an appetite to develop broader expertise.
• Understanding of core lighting fixture types, manufacturers, product attributes and common applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong working understanding of PSCo's professional lighting and video rental portfolio.
• Build positive relationships with existing customers, understanding their day-to-day requirements, project activity and future opportunities.
• Produce accurate quotations and equipment proposals, working closely with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing and delivery requirements.
• Support Senior Account Managers on larger projects, strategic accounts, customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Promote the breadth of the rental portfolio and identify opportunities to introduce complementary lighting, display, processing and control technologies.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and transport with customers, warehouse teams and logistics providers.
