Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Grade F - Starting Salary is £32,597 (Level one), rising to £35,412 (Level four)

We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our Rents team as a Rent Account Manager, supporting Nottingham City Council tenants with rent arrears and welfare benefits.
In this crucial role in our rents team, you will provide detailed advice, support, and assistance to customers regarding rent arrears and welfare benefits with the aim of maximising rental income. In this role, you will maintain accurate and detailed case records to ensure continuity of casework, enable effective information retrieval, support statistical monitoring, and assist with report preparation. You will also stay up to date with the latest legislative changes and continuously build on your professional knowledge.
As a Rent Account Manager, you will possess the drive and commitment to help us offer our tenants an excellent, customer-focused service.
