A leading housing provider in England is seeking a Rent Account Manager to join their team for a 12-month FTC. The role involves proactive rent collection, working closely with tenants to manage their accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be proficient in numerical and systems skills. A valid driving license is required. This position offers the chance to support communities and help tenants feel secure in their homes.
We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Rent Account Manager, responsible for the proactive and effective collection of rent within the "Victory Homes" area.
This is being offered as a 12 month FTC opportunity, working 37 hours, Monday- Friday.
As a Rent Account Manager, you will support tenants to sustain their tenancy and help prevent rent debt. Responsible for the proactive and effective collection of rent within the Victory Homes area. You will work with tenants in their home on a 1-2-1 basis when required.
As this is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties.
You’re here to ensure tenants are managing their rent accounts in the best way they can and to deliver outstanding customer service and support when it’s needed. Setting up regular rent payments and prevent debt from reoccurring. Whilst working closely with our tenants, understanding the cause of their debt and locating the relevant support agencies and partners to help them.
You’ll support my manager to lead on our vision, Housing Made Simple, to make it as easy as possible for tenants to rent their homes whilst ensuring we are compliant with the law, legislation, and Flagship’s policies and procedures.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Rent Account Manager from those with exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver complex and difficult messages in a simple and engaging way.
You must be able to listen and empathise in order to act in our tenants’ best interest. To be proficient in both numerical and systems skills. As well as have the ability to confidently prioritise and manage a case load based on urgency.
Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard or qualified by experience in a similar role. You will also need to hold a full valid driving licence.
