As a Renewals Specialist, you will drive customer retention across a high‑volume portfolio of smaller education accounts. Your focus will be primarily on transactional renewals, leveraging automation tools and online payment systems to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and will play a critical role in delivering a positive, consistent renewal experience.
