Renewals Operations Manager
At Intapp, the Renewal Operations Manager plays a key role in sustaining and growing our recurring revenue base by overseeing the customer commercial renewal process. Renewals is an integral step to enabling Intapp’s best in class 120% NRR. You will lead processes to support the end-to-end renewals lifecycle in a fast-growing vertical SaaS environment and work cross-functionally with teams across Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to optimize outcomes, improve retention, and support predictable revenue growth.
