Renewals Executive

Leicester • Permanent • Up to £40,000 pa depending on experience • Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Are you an experienced insurance professional with solid Acturis skills? We’re supporting a respected insurance company in Leicester that’s looking for a confident and organised Renewals Executive to join their established team.

As a Renewals Executive, you’ll take ownership of the renewal process from start to finish. You’ll be reviewing policies, preparing terms, speaking with clients about their renewal options, processing adjustments, and making sure everything is updated accurately on Acturis. You’ll be the main point of contact during renewals, offering guidance, answering queries, and keeping everything running smoothly.

To shine in this Renewals Executive role, you’ll need previous experience within insurance and be comfortable using Acturis day to day. You’ll bring a proactive approach, great attention to detail, and the confidence to build positive working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
