Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking a Renewables Energy Operation/Site Manager in Greater London. This role involves overseeing daily operations of renewable energy sites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have an HNC in a technical field, hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems, and familiarity with HV/LV electrical systems. This is a contract role with a duration until December 31, 2026, with responsibilities including routine inspections and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in an engineering/technical discipline required.
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems is essential.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in relation to electrical systems is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of renewable energy sites.
• Review contractor Safe Systems of Work and ensure compliance.
• Conduct routine site inspections and maintain essential site documentation.

Skills

Hands-on experience in maintenance, fault-finding, or repair of electro-mechanical systems

Knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently

Full UK driving licence

Education
