Liberty Group is recruiting a Site Manager to lead renewable installation projects in Kent/Dartford, focusing on ASHP and Solar PV systems. You will manage multiple on-site crews, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and high-quality installations.

Ideal candidates will have proven on-site renewables experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to coordinate resources, schedules, and client communications across multi-site projects.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within renewables or planned works.
• Strong knowledge of ASHP and/or Solar PV installations.
• Experience managing on-site teams (multiple crews).
• Background in domestic projects (social housing preferred).
• Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC).
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage programmes, resources and performance effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site operations across renewable installation projects.
• Oversee ASHP and Solar PV installations, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate multiple teams, including operatives and subcontractors.
• Plan, monitor and update project programmes and workloads.
• Ensure materials, labour and resources are in place for planned works.
• Carry out site audits, inspections and quality checks to deliver defect‑free installations.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring all procedures and documentation are followed.
• Capture and manage site data and evidence accurately.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with PAS 2030 and relevant industry standards.
