Nadara is seeking a talented quantitative analyst to join the Valuation team in Milano. You will build and develop project finance models for wind, solar and storage, support acquisitions and investment cases for senior management and the Investment Committee.

Beyond project-level modelling, you will contribute to the group’s strategic valuation framework and long‑term business planning, shaping decisions on hundreds of millions of euros of value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project finance modelling and valuation.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure within IPP, advisory, M&A or related.
• Outstanding Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to build complex project finance models from a blank workbook.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or quantitative discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Build robust project finance models from scratch for wind, solar and storage projects.
• Develop debt sizing, debt sculpting, financing waterfalls, covenant modelling and refinancing scenarios.
• Perform DCF and NAV valuations for assets and portfolios.
• Support strategic valuation model development and long-term business planning.
• Prepare investment analyses and business cases for senior management and IC.
• Support M&A transactions through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
• Challenge assumptions to assess value and risk.
• Improve modelling standards, transparency and analytical quality across the team.
