Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrician – Renewables to support homes across Reading to Luton from a home-based setup. You will install and maintain heat pumps, solar PV, and storage heaters, ensuring safe, compliant work with clear documentation and great customer service.

The role emphasizes independent work within a growing renewables team, with a company van, training sponsorship, and a path for professional growth in a fast-expanding energy efficiency business.

Formación

• Qualified to BS7671:2018 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations) and experienced in domestic properties.
• Proven electrical installation experience in occupied homes with safety and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and certification.
• Strong understanding of current legislation, standards, and best practice.
• Reliable, professional, customer-focused and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out electrical installations, upgrades, inspections and maintenance in domestic properties.
• Install heat pumps, heating controls, solar PV and electric storage heaters.
• Complete testing, certification and reporting for every job.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and minimize disruption in homes.
• Look after tools, equipment and company van; follow SHEQ policies.
