Job summary

Aira is seeking energetic Renewable Energy Sales representatives to join our field-based team in the UK. You will visit customers at home, present heat pumps, solar panels, and insulation, and close sales while helping customers save money and cut CO2.

You’ll generate leads through cold calling and referrals, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, and deliver excellent in-home service using the Aira Sales Method. A UK driving licence is required; experience in field sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required for field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers at home and closing sales for heat pumps, solar, insulation, and other green tech.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
• Generating own leads via cold calling and referrals to hit KPIs.
• Managing sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
• Providing excellent in-home customer service with the Aira Sales Method.
• Collaborating with design and planning teams to meet customer expectations.

Renewable Energy Sales with Aira

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team.As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.

What you'll be doing

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales onair source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.

• Educating customers on the benefitsof heat pumps and other clean energy tech

• Including pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via cold calling and referrals to accomplish salesin line with our KPIs

• Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot

• Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method

• Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectationsare met for our customers

What we would like you to have

We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:

• Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role

• Experience withinin a field based sales role

• Confidenceworking withsales software and CRM systems

• An excitement for sales and working towards targets

• Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections

• A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments

It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.
