Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a qualified Electrician to join a growing renewable energy business operating across the South East. You will install, maintain and repair renewable energy systems, across Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and other low-carbon technologies.

Full manufacturer training will be provided. The role offers a 38-hour week, company van, health care, pension, and a structured career path in a fast-growing sector.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• AM2 qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection and Testing qualification.
• Renewable energy experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing renewable energy systems.
• Working across Solar PV, battery storage, EV chargers and associated electrical systems.
• Carrying out electrical fault-finding, diagnostics and replacement works.
• Completing inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Ensuring all work meets current electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Completing job sheets, inspection reports and electrical certificates.
• Providing excellent customer service across residential and commercial properties.

Skills

Strong fault-finding skills

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to undertake DBS check

Education
