Job summary

Natural Power is seeking an Asset Manager to join our UK-wide portfolio, based in Glasgow or Stirling. You will link clients with operational teams to maximise asset performance, ensure compliance, and manage with care.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, monitoring project performance, reviewing inspections, budgeting, and regulatory reporting. A technical engineering background with renewables experience and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in engineering or a technical discipline is required.
• Experience in an engineering, technical, or asset management role is essential.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills are important.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
• Health & Safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH) are desirable.
• Familiarity with HV systems and renewable technology operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and queries.
• Monitor project performance and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Review inspections and maintenance reports, escalating where needed.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial analysis, and contractual compliance.
• Engage with landowners and stakeholders, handling enquiries and complaints.
• Ensure accurate operational reporting and regulatory submissions.
