A major healthcare provider in Staffordshire is looking for a qualified Renal Dietitian to deliver dietetic care to inpatients and outpatients. The ideal candidate will have NHS experience and the BDA Renal Modules credential. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients on their dietary needs. Strong communication skills are essential for this role which supports a well-established and supportive team.

We are looking for an experienced renal dietitian to join our team to support maternity leave. The post holder will join a well established and supportive team to deliver renal dietetic care to inpatients on our acute ward and outpatients within haemodialysis and chronic Kidney disease and home therapy clinics, these are a combination of both dietetic led and MDT clinics. There may be the requirement to travel to our dialysis units in Stafford and Crewe to support service delivery.
You will be responsible for managing your specialist caseload, maintaining associated records.
You will work closely with other renal dietitian team members and the wider adult acute dietetic team to ensure timely dietetic care, prioritising the workload within the team, supporting other members as appropriate, this includes dietetic assistants and student dietitians.
You will cover inpatient and out patient areas including haemodialysis units.
You will have the opportunity to participate in staff training within the MDT, including nursing, medical colleagues, medical students and nursing assistants.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with catering colleagues, and AHPs to deliver a quality service to our renal patients and service users.
