We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager to join our busy international removals and logistics team. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised, and customer‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has experience leading teams, managing vehicles, and coordinating complex projects. As the Removals Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the removals and logistics services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional service standards. You will play a key role in workforce management, scheduling, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an operations or team management role within removals, logistics, or transportation, ideally with 5+ years in the moving industry.
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence; a CPC qualification is not essential but considered advantageous.
