Remote Workflow & Systems Optimization Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 USD/month paid ACH via Ramp

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed for system implementations or workflow transitions.

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a methodical, detail-obsessed professional to design, implement, and maintain the backbone of their company’s operations: SOPs, workflows, and systems. This role ensures clarity, adoption, and continuous optimization of processes while maintaining the company’s key “sources of truth.” A critical part of the role is integrating multiple platforms—such as Tripleseat, Google Workspace, and Nowsta—to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancy, and mitigate human error.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows across departments.
• Maintain and optimize the company’s “sources of truth,” ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and organized.
• Design and maintain information systems that integrate Tripleseat, Google Workspace, Nowsta, and other tools, creating non-redundant, cogent workflows.
• Ensure adoption of workflows and systems through methodical training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Monitor workflow and system performance, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, or risks, and implement precise solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes and systems are coherent, efficient, and scalable.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on operational systems, workflow optimization, and information integration.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Experience in workflow design, SOP development, operational systems management, or process automation.
• Familiarity with information system integration and managing data thoughtfully across multiple platforms.
• Ability to communicate clearly, train teams, and enforce adoption of processes.
• Comfortable managing evolving systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience connecting APIs across platforms and integrating disparate software systems.
• Familiarity with Make.com or other workflow automation platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize processes or enhance data management.
• Experience with Tripleseat, Google Workspace, Nowsta, or similar operational software.
• Background in operations, project management, or systems optimization.
