Albida Consulting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Workday Financials Consultant to implement, configure and optimise Workday Financials for diverse clients.

You will lead or support end-to-end deployments, align configurations with client objectives, and translate financial processes into Workday solutions. The ideal candidate has Workday certifications, 3+ years of experience, and strong communication and analytical abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Workday Certification in R2R, P2P or C2C (additional certs desirable).
• 3+ years of experience in Workday Financials.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the implementation of Workday Financials with other consultants.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure solutions.
• Evaluate financial processes and propose Workday-based improvements.
• Provide functional support for legacy data conversion during deployment.
• Perform testing and troubleshoot to ensure system effectiveness.
• Support end-users with inquiries and issues related to Workday Finance.
• Contribute to training sessions for finance teams on system use.
• Stay updated with Workday enhancements and recommend improvements.
