Qualifications

• Proven wind turbine experience or similar electromechanical role.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine tech: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic.
• Proficient with SCADA, diagnostics, and remote monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication for remote audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• Solid knowledge of safety procedures in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor wind turbine performance using SCADA systems and diagnostic software.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting turbine operations; provide reports and action plans.
• Collaborate with on-site technicians and field engineers to guide maintenance procedures.
• Analyze performance data to predict failures and recommend proactive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, diagnostics, and resolutions in asset systems.
• Develop remote diagnostic protocols and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to remote-operations improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while remote.
