Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Web3 Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Specialist based in the United Kingdom. You will advise on regulatory requirements, support licensing applications, and help digital-asset clients navigate EU and UAE regimes.

This role bridges governance, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, and technical teams across an international client base. You will monitor evolving Web3 regulations, develop scalable compliance tools, and contribute to service offerings.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance, licensing, or related field.
• Experience supporting licensing or authorization processes for CASP/VASP or token issuer.
• Knowledge of MiCA, VARA, DFSA, FSRA, or EU/ UAE frameworks is valuable.
• Strong understanding of governance, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, and technology controls in digital assets.
• Ability to interpret regulatory texts and map obligations to controls.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and deliver multiple workstreams on time.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory consulting projects for CASPs, VASPs, token issuers, and other digital-asset businesses.
• Support licensing readiness and authorization processes with regulators.
• Develop governance frameworks, AML/CFT procedures, cybersecurity measures, and operational policies.
• Assess compliance gap and prepare remediation plans to support licensing.
• Monitor evolving Web3 regulations and provide actionable regulatory insights.
• Prepare regulatory analyses, compliance reports, and application materials.
• Create reusable templates and methodologies from research and client feedback.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, AML, product, and engineering teams to align requirements with technical solutions.
• Identify new service opportunities through market insights and client feedback.
