Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Caseworker for the Virtual School Team to champion the needs of Children in Our Care and those previously in care. You will provide support to schools, children, young people, parents/carers and partners, ensuring high educational achievement and emotional wellbeing.

The role involves working with agencies to secure best opportunities, promoting a culture of high aspirations, and monitoring data while following statutory guidance.
