Exos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual Performance Coach to deliver world-class virtual fitness experiences to members through live and on-demand classes, 1:1 consultations, webinars, and engaging activities.

You will guide participants through personalized programs, deliver online sessions, and ensure alignment with Exos’ methodologies, while tracking performance to continually improve programming.

Formación

• BA/BS in Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree.
• Nationally recognized certifications such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM or ACSM.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience delivering engaging fitness experiences in digital/virtual environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly to motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver virtual fitness experiences via 1-on-1 consultations, webinars, live classes and engagement activities.
• Drive member engagement using our virtual platform and foster high participation.
• Produce live and on-demand fitness classes that inform, educate, and motivate.
• Provide expert guidance, motivate and support participants safely and ethically to reach goals.
• Ensure sessions align with Exos’ proven methodology.
• Identify and track KPIs to improve virtual programming.
• Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with members.
• Contribute to team tasks and responsibilities as needed.
