Base360.ai is seeking a talented Video Editor to bring our product, founder stories, and brand to life through compelling video. You will turn raw footage and product recordings into launch films, social content, and ads that grab attention and drive engagement.

This hands‑on creative role focuses on storytelling, pacing, sound, and motion. You will shape concepts, find hooks, and carry each video through to the final cut, showcasing Base360.ai’s capabilities to short‑term rental operators.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and editing craft.
• Proficient in video editing software with strong taste.
• Ability to hook viewers in first 3 seconds and sustain interest.
• Experience turning long recordings into concise stories.
• Understanding of music, sound design, and pacing.

Responsibilities

• Edit product launches, brand films, and social content with clear visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Build paid ad creative with variations in openings and CTAs.
• Bring the product to life with screen recordings and motion graphics.
• Own post‑production including color grading, sound design, and captions.
• Leverage AI tools to generate visuals and assets to speed up production.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats.
