We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Vacation / Holiday Coordinators. In this role you will work directly with clients to plan and arrange memorable vacations whether it's a relaxing resort stay, a cruise or a family getaway. You'll help research destinations, provide recommendations and manage booking logistics to ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences and budgets
  • Research and recommend accommodations, transportation and activities
  • Create and manage customized travel itineraries
  • Confirm bookings and keep accurate records of reservations
  • Provide professional communication and support before, during and after travel
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer skills (email, browsing, spreadsheets, calendar tools)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
  • A passion for travel and creating positive client experiences
