- Deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Cloud-based architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating strategy into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and architectural leadership across engagements.
- Awareness of ISO27001 and ISO9001 governance requirements.
