Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a UI Designer for a remote-first six-month contract. You will craft polished, customer-focused digital experiences across a range of products, collaborating with UX designers, researchers and content designers to meet customer and business needs.

The role emphasizes visual and interaction design, with creative thinking to turn early ideas into tangible concepts, and involves leading workshops and maintaining design standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced UI designer with strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience designing for native mobile is highly desirable.
• Ability to push ideas and move from opportunity to customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Push the usability and market success of our new and current products, enabling us to fulfil our business objectives
• Produce journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI designs and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to obtain stakeholder buy-in
• Run and manage ideation, brainstorming and critique workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find solutions to design challenges that appeal to customers
