No prior travel industry experience is required as training and mentorship are provided to help you build a flexible and rewarding career in the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple requests.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist travelers in planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
• Organize itineraries and coordinate travel elements with tourism suppliers.
• Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
