Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in welding, scaffolding, and electrical trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead the approval process for training providers across engineering construction.
• Conduct site visits to assess training facilities for quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by overseeing onboarding and engagement.

Skills

Technical knowledge of engineering construction operations

Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience

Experience in quality assurance and compliance processes

Knowledge of training, competence or assessment frameworks

Confident user of CRM and MS365 systems
