Job summary

Hawk-Eye is seeking a Tennis Technical Lead (Data) to oversee the daily management and delivery of our Tennis Data Platform across global events. You will coordinate with operations, product and client teams to ensure timely, accurate data feeds and insights.

The role requires a university degree, experience in a global, multicultural environment, and strong communication with attention to detail. Remote-working with on-site collaboration in the UK is expected, with occasional travel to events.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent.
• Experience working across a global, multicultural business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data delivery schedule across the tennis calendar.
• Day-to-day data configuration and quality control.
• Generate internal and external data delivery reports.
• Assess data delivery performance and implement improvements.
• Provide operational support for data platforms across events.
• Regression testing of software releases and new features.
• Coordinate onboarding and testing with new clients.
• Communicate issues and feedback to stakeholders and teams.
• Maintain and standardise historical data and data access.
