Job summary

Sanderson in the UK invites a Technical Architect (BPSS Eligible) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure digital services. You will provide architectural leadership from concept to implementation, guiding multidisciplinary teams and helping clients make informed technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing architectures for complex digital platforms and software solutions.
• Experience applying cloud-based architectures and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience producing architecture documentation and using modelling approaches such as C4, UML, or ArchiMate.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within architecture governance and assurance processes.
• Support agile delivery teams from design through to implementation.
• Tech-agnostic mindset focused on delivering the right solution for the challenge.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and how they influence technology decisions.
• Experience working with public sector clients through large government consultancies.
