Responsibilities

• Assist new and existing clients with their taxi or motor trade insurance needs.
• Provide quotes, renewals, and handle mid‑term adjustments efficiently.
• Use a panel of leading insurers to place the most competitive and suitable cover.
• Cover a range of risks including public hire, private hire, fleet, and motor trade road risks.
• Accurately collect client information and manage administrative and accounting tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client, insurer, and partner inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company quality standards.
• Support the wider team with technical and administrative tasks where required.
