Kiwa UK is seeking a Tax and Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. You will provide tax compliance, accounting and reporting support across Kiwa UK entities.

You'll coordinate domestic and international tax activities, support financial reporting and company secretarial obligations, and help deliver accurate and timely statutory and regulatory submissions across the group.This is a UK remote role. You will coordinate corporate tax obligations and indirect tax for the Kiwa UK Group

Formación

• Professionally qualified accountant or tax professional.
• Experience in a tax or finance role within industry or recently qualified from practice.
• Strong understanding of UK tax principles and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting audit and financial reporting activities.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation tools (OneStream).
• Ability to deliver to tight timescales and deadlines.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate corporate tax obligations and indirect tax for Kiwa UK Group including overseas subsidiaries.
• Prepare tax reporting, calculations and disclosures to support statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Administer the UK Group Payment Arrangement.
• Support UK corporation tax returns with Big 4 advisors, with growing in-house involvement.
• Support international tax compliance across CFC, Hybrid Mismatch, DPT, CIR and (public) CbCR.
• Lead SAO processes, tax governance, documentation and process improvements.
• Support projects in tax best practice, including transfer pricing, VAT and R&D allowances.
• Oversee compliance requirements for overseas entities, including UAE, China, India and ROI.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, Companies House filings and wider financial reporting activities.
• Contribute to business projects, including acquisitions and improvements to financial controls and compliance processes.
• Work collaboratively across Finance to strengthen governance.
