Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a Travel Consultant for a home-based role in the UK. You will manage the end-to-end sales process for long-haul tailormade holidays, designing bespoke itineraries and converting inbound inquiries into bookings.

The role targets strong performance with monthly conversion and margin goals, plus benefits. The position offers a salary up to £30,000 with OTE around £55,000 and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in travel sales.
• Experience creating tailormade itineraries, not just package holidays.
• Proven track record working to targets and KPI.

Responsibilities

• Handle home-based sales from initial inquiry to booking completion.
• Design bespoke itineraries based on client interests, dates and budgets.
• Convert warm inbound leads into confirmed bookings.
• Hit monthly targets on conversion and margin.
• Build repeat and referral business.
