Qualifications

• Solid application background with knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, industrial networks, and cybersecurity.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good planning and follow-through.
• Flexible and willing to travel to customer sites.
• Hands-on/practical experience is desirable.
• Offshore certification is desirable.
• Familiarity with ABB 800xA systems is desirable.
• Cybersecurity and functional safety awareness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain ABB control system hardware/software.
• Lead assurance, integration, and testing of system modules.
• Deliver system updates and new products.
• Assist in quotation preparation and identify sales leads.
• Advise clients on maintenance and operational methods.
• Oversee system modifications and spare parts planning.
• Compile site visit reports and maintain communication.
• Balance shifting priorities and manage customer expectations.
